wasn't too thrilled about the deck. i felt like i could've gone either jund or naya but there wasn't anything strong to pull me one way or the other. i went with white for the build because, while black was more synergistic, i felt it had more power.

round one i play a domain deck. g1 he has two excaps, a gargoyle, pestilent kathari and a creeper. i have enough removal and creatures to consistently keep pressure on, beating for a ton with minotaur. g2 he gets out an elemental fairly early i have a ton of removal in hand and keep attacking with ogre and rakeclaw. i silence the elemental and he bounces it. i end up winning while he's tapped out with roar on weaver, thunder, and stinger ping.

round two i play an exalted deck. g1 he gifts for a plains and a knight. i play battlemage. he plays screecher and i follow with stinger, making tokens. he has aven and i ping and thunder it away. he plays archer and guardians and bashes. i ping archer eot and draw iguanar. he has strix and ascetic. he blocks ascetic on token so i might and ping it away. he drops knight and hindering lights my temper on his screecher. i play fodder and he plays sorcerer. he attacks with just strix and i naturalize it and ping sorcerer. with all the damage from iguanar he concedes. g2 i mull into a terrible hand but am afraid to go lower. he has hierarch and i cycle weaver. he has leotau and i have ooze. he has soul's might on leotau and hits me for 11. i silence the leotau and he follows with drake. i have mostodon. he then drops mark of asylum and ascetic while my draw is either thunder or souls' fire. g3 he has an early knight which i temper. he then has archers and i follow with ogre. he drops rafiq and bashes. i have thunder for rafiq and he drops beacon behemoth. i have stinger and he drops guardians. i take and then ping and spray the behemoth. he unsummons; frowntown. he replays and i cast fodder. he has drake and that's it.
